Terms & conditions
The basis on which we handle quotes, samples, production and delivery.
01Quotes
Quotes are indicative and valid for 14 days; the final price is confirmed after the sample and specs are approved.
02Samples
Samples are paid upfront and fully deducted from the order once production is approved.
03Payment
50% on approval and 50% before shipping unless agreed otherwise in writing.
04Delivery & quality
We keep to the agreed delivery date, and any piece that doesn’t match the approved specs is remade free of charge.
